We've long dreamed of creating a project we were passionate about that included our favorite beverage: coffee. That's why, in 2022, with the clear vision of creating something special, we decided to bring BOSCON to life. To do so, we chose Valencia, a city that captivated us so much that we decided to represent it in the world of specialty coffee with quality, passion, and knowledge.

Today, that dream is a reality, but BOSCON isn't just about roasted coffee or brunch; it's our way of contributing to this industry, of sharing, and of making good coffee available to more and more people. Because behind every cup, thousands of families make a living from this, and our goal is to ensure that coffee is increasingly fairer and of better quality.

We have a work philosophy in which every detail counts, from the artisanal roasting of our coffee beans to the preparation of our dishes. Everything is designed to offer a unique experience.
